Want to spoon with me???

A few weeks ago I came across a new (to me) brand of nail polish called "Zoya".  Of course, it's nail polish, I was intrigued...  So, I began browsing the colors and kept noticing this little memo about "spooning".  I clicked on the link and up popped a video explaining about "spooning" with Zoya.

It's actually really a neat way to "try before you buy".  Because we all want to make sure we get what we need when we buy something, "spooning" is a great way to ensure you buy the right color so you don't end up with 20 bottles of separated oil and paint on your bathroom shelf six months later.

What is a "spoon" then?  Well, it's a little piece of plastic with an oval end painted with the actual color that you'd like to buy.  So, they send you a "spoon" of the color you want to try out, you hold it over your actual nail when you get it and then decide if you want to purchase it.  The spoons cost .50 each, BUT for each spoon you buy, you get that credit for purchasing your nail color.  Plus, there's no shipping cost for the spoons!

When I ordered mine I picked out 8 colors, so that totaled $4.00.  I immediately got a confirmation email and the next day received some shipping info so I could track my order.  Hmm, pretty efficient.  Then, a few days later I saw that beautiful white envelope in my mail box!  I took it out and thought, "Huh, that's a little bigger than I expected."  When I opened it, I realized that they had sent me not only the 8 spoons I ordered, but also two entire "books" of spoons from different promotional collections!  So instead of 8 I got 28!  What's a girl to do????  So many decisions????  The spoons are quite helpful and the packaging of them is quite appealing.  They are labeled so you could actually create your own collection and never have to wonder if you picked the right color!

I really reccommend you take advantage of this.  I mean, who could really resist some nail color?  Not only do you get credit for your spoons, you get extra stuff too!  By the way, I did check my account and I immediately had a $4.00 credit for the spoons from Zoya!  Now what to pick???!!!!
